ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in € including tax, excluding shipping costs.

1.2 - All orders placed on our site are payable in €.

1.3 - The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability on that date.

1.4 - Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of DREAM ON PICTURES until full payment of the price by a-woman-we-love.com.

ARTICLE 2 - PAYMENT METHOD We accept payments by credit card, directly on the site in secure payment. DREAM ON PICTURES entrusts secure payment to several independent and specialized service providers (in France and abroad). Some orders paid by credit card may be subject to additional verifications. You will receive an email asking you for supporting documents in order to validate the sending of your order. You can also pay for your order by bank transfer (possible fees to be borne by the customer).

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY A credit is generated when your order is issued if one of the products is unavailable (the credit will be equal to the amount of the product invoiced), which allows for shipping without waiting for products in stock. However, it is possible to order directly and insert out-of-stock items into your basket, which will be subject to deferred shipping within 10 days. What are your delivery times? Between 6 and 8 days DREAM ON PICTURES cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal strikes or other unforeseen circumstances provided for by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise. Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be debited separately (one debit for the price of your products and one debit for shipping costs). Shipping costs are calculated automatically and appear on the order form based on the total weight of your order. Customs restrictions: Some laws restrict the importation of erotic products. Find out about the legislation in force in your country before ordering on the site. Border Taxes Customs or import taxes are due once the package reaches its destination country. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees that may apply. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict them as customs policies vary widely from country to country. ARTICLE 5 - RETURNS To best manage your product returns after being accepted by our services, please return your product(s) to the following address with the label that we will have sent you:

For preparation errors and/or defective products, please contact customer service.

ATTENTION All returned products must be intact and complete (unworn, unused and in their original plastic packaging). DREAM ON PICTURES reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not respected.

ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSIBILITY The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France. For any questions about the products, you can contact our customer service. DREAM ON PICTURES cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire.
