Return policy.
In our shop, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and that they are carefully inspected before shipment we have been sold for 20 years with quality products. If you receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very simple return process. We apologize for any drawback that it could have caused.

Important reminder:
1. It is important not to return the articles to the address of the sender appearing on the package, because it is not our designated return address. Before making a return or an exchange, please contact our sales manager at the address contact@a-woman-we-love.com. Please send only to the address provided by our sales manager, because shipping to any other address can hinder the processing of your return.
2. Make sure your return package contains only articles from A- Woman-we-love.com. We cannot be held responsible for the return of unrelated to fashion included in the package.

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your article to request a return.
To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be in the same state as that in which you have received it, not carried or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The articles which are sent to us without having first requested a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong article, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Non -returnable exceptions / articles
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable foodstuffs (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special commands or personalized items) and personal care products (such as products of beauty). We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gas. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sold items or gift cards.
Trade
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new article.
14 -day period of reflection in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. As indicated above, your article must be in the same state as that in which you received it, not worn or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Reimbursements
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take some time to your bank or your credit card company to process and send the reimbursement as well.
