Our logistics service for the textile part is based in Asia with which we have been working for over 20 years. We ship internationally via DHL, UPS and Fedex. For the shoes, bags, watches and various accessories it is based on our logistics platform in Italy and for that we work with Chronopost and DPD 

CN warehouses mainly take care of international parcels such as Yunexpress, Cneexpress, etc., which generally take 7 to 9 working days to reach North America and Europe. CN warehouses also support express delivery services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc., which generally take 5 to 7 working days to reach North and Europe. 

Discount on shipping costs
We are a member of the elite group of international express companies. This allows us to benefit from preferential prices for shipping. For example, we are a member of EMS and benefit from a 30 % discount from La Poste.

Shipping and delivery time
After placing an order, we will check your order and start the preparation within 24 hours. As a established professional, we will give priority to the verification of your order and to prepare items in stock for you. We will send the goods within a working day. 

In general, it takes 4 to 6 working days for an item to be delivered worldwide by DHL/FEDEX/UPS, according to your place of residence. Sometimes a shortage of goods can lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will send you an e-mail notification and no procedure will be carried out until you respond. We can offer you an exchange or cancellation service according to your will.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method and destination country. We find it difficult to declare exact shipping costs before placing an order (the weight of a bikini A part is approximately 0.300 kg, but that of the leather is approximately 0,500 kg/room). You can choose the transport company you like; We will also check all the express and suggest you the most suitable way to you.
