We ship internationally via DHL, UPS and Fedex.

CN warehouses mainly take care of international parcels such as Yunexpress, Cneexpress, etc., which generally take 7 to 9 working days to reach North America and Europe. CN warehouses also support express delivery services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc., which generally take 5 to 7 working days to reach North and Europe.

Discount on shipping costs
We are a member of the elite group of international express companies. This allows us to benefit from preferential prices for shipping. For example, we are a member of EMS and benefit from a 30 % discount from La Poste.

Shipping and delivery time
After placing an order, we will check your order and start the preparation within 24 hours. As established wholesalers, we will give priority to the verification of your order and the preparation of items in stock for you. We will send the goods within a working day. For new wholesalers, shipment generally takes 2 working days.

In general, it takes 4 to 6 working days for an item to be delivered worldwide by DHL/FEDEX/UPS, according to your place of residence. Sometimes a shortage of goods can lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will send you an e-mail notification and no procedure will be carried out until you respond. We can offer you an exchange or cancellation service according to your will.

Shipping costs
