You can return most of the new and not open items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return costs if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective article, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of the sender to the sender. However, in many cases, the reimbursement will be faster.
